Simply Dial *111# and follow the steps for partial registration. Visit your nearest NetOne Shop/ Dealer/ Agent with a copy of your ID to fully activate your OneMoney wallet and start transacting. Complete the OneMoney registration form and instantly receive your OneMoney debit card, which you can immediately link to your OneMoney wallet and activate from your phone .

Q. Can I transact on OneMoney without a bank account?

A. OneMoney allows you to conduct financial transactions without the need to have a bank account. However, having a bank account increases the options available to you to transact on OneMoney.

Q. How do I buy airtime on OneMoney?


By just following the easy steps shown below you can top up your prepaid airtime or that of another NetOne subscriber.

Step 1: Dial *111#, from your mobile phone. The application displays the OneMoney main menu.

Step 2: Select Option 2 Buy Airtime

Step 3: Enter 1 to select Airtime option

Step 4: Select whether you want to recharge your number or another person’s number.

Step 5: Enter the amount you want to recharge with.

Step 6: Confirm the transaction by entering your PIN

Q. What are the spending limits on OneMoney?


Yes there are limits in various categories which are as follows

  • Daily spending limit - $1000
  • Monthly spending limit - $5000
  • Transaction spending limit - $500

Q. Does OneMoney work across networks?


YES, a registered OneMoney customer can send money to any mobile number across all networks. The person you are sending money to does not need to have a OneMoney account or be a NetOne subscriber. However, only NetOne customers can register for OneMoney.
