The NetOne Board is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing management, and ensuring accountability and long-term value creation for shareholders and stakeholders.

The Board sets NetOne’s objectives and strategic vision, overseeing progress towards the delivery of its overall strategy, including the sustainability strategy. It exercises oversight over management to ensure alignment with strategic goals, while promoting and fulfilling the expectations of shareholders. The Board is accountable to shareholders for the conduct and performance of the business, and carries the equally important duty of safeguarding the interests of employees, customers, and other key stakeholders.
