Verify Your Identity: You will immediately receive a Verification Code via SMS to your NetOne number. Enter this code on the verification code field.

Set Your New Password: Input your desired new password and repeat it in the confirmation field. Click Submit.
Your account is now active and secure!
Step 2: Logging In for Instant Access
Once your password has been successfully reset, you can log in to the main dashboard.
Visit the Login Page: Go back to the main Self-Service portal: https://netoneselfservice.netone.co.zw/selfservice/.

Enter Credentials: Input your NetOne mobile number and your newly created password.
Complete Verification: In the verification code field, enter the anti-spam code (usually a series of numbers and letters) shown on the right side of the input box.
Log In: Click Login.
