Settings > Mobile Networks > More Networks > Access Point Names

Name: netone

APN: internet.netone

APN Type: default

Tap Save

Select the new APN

Restart your phone

How to set NetOne APN/Data Settings on iPhones

1. Select Settings >Cellular Data > Cellular Data Network>Under Cellular data click APN and type internet.netone> Scroll down to LTE setup click APN and type internet.netone 

2. Select Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network>Under Mobile data click APN and type internet.netone >Scroll down to LTE setup click APN and type internet.netone


Tips If Data Still Doesn’t Work

Make sure mobile data is turned ON

Confirm you have an active data bundle or airtime

Restart your phone

Remove and reinsert your SIM card

Ensure the APN is selected after saving
